Welcome to Kachi AI. By downloading, accessing, or using the Kachi AI mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
Kachi AI is an independent app that provides AI-powered chart analysis based on images you upload. The app is intended for insights and informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, investment, or professional advice.
• You are responsible for ensuring that any captured or uploaded material complies with the policies of your school, university, workplace, or instructor.
• Do not capture, upload, or share copyrighted material without explicit permission from the copyright holder, unless a lawful exception applies.
• Do not capture, upload, or share sensitive, confidential, or private information in violation of applicable privacy laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any applicable purchase terms, Kachi AI grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the app and content solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational, and informational use.
You agree that you will not:
• Copy, reproduce, record, or distribute Kachi AI content except as expressly permitted;
• Access or extract content via automated means (including bots, scrapers, or scripts) without our prior written authorization;
• Circumvent technical controls, usage limits, or access restrictions.
If you purchase a subscription or license to access Kachi AI content or features, that access is for a single individual and may not be shared. We may enforce reasonable limits (e.g., on time, devices, or quantity of materials accessed) to prevent unauthorized use.
Refunds are generally only available under the following conditions:
• You are within the first 7 days of your subscription purchase or renewal • The subscription was not used excessively or in violation of our Terms of Service • Technical issues that are caused by Kachi AI and could not be resolved within a reasonable time after the issue was reported • Accidental or duplicate payments
We do not provide refunds for unused or inactive accounts. If you forget to cancel your subscription and it renews automatically, you are still responsible for that charge. Please ensure you manage your subscription settings in your account.
To request a refund:
• Email our support team at support@kachiai.app with the subject line "Refund Request" • Include the following details: your name, email address, subscription plan, and the reason for your refund request • Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days
• No refunds after 7 days from purchase or renewal • Promotional offers and discounts are non-refundable • Store purchases (Apple/Google) may need to be requested through the respective store • Refunds will be issued to original payment method within 7-14 business days if approved
You agree not to misuse Kachi AI, including by attempting to reverse engineer the app, interfere with security features, or use the service for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes.
Kachi AI provides analysis generated from input data and publicly available market information for informational and educational purposes only. Kachi AI does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice, does not recommend trades, and does not guarantee accuracy or outcomes. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions and resulting gains or losses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kachi AI disclaims all warranties and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the app.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:
• Your access to the app will be immediately revoked • Your account data will be deleted within 30 days • You may request immediate data deletion by contacting support • Paid subscriptions are subject to our refund policy
Kachi AI and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:
• Copy, modify, or distribute our app content • Use our trademarks or logos without permission • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in competent courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
